Description of the application
The sliding blocks, which are used in concrete saws as dirt-resistant storage, serve to guide the saw table, which guides the concrete parts to be sawed during sawing.

Problem
Concrete dust, concrete abrasion and cooling emulsions penetrate the storage area. A long service life, high accuracy, low friction forces and an affordable price were required.

Troubleshooting
The sliding blocks made of ZX-100MT with cross groove structure to absorb the abrasion meet the required properties. The dimensions are 60 x 40 x 20 mm, the groove width is 1.75 mm and the groove depth is 4 mm.
